Demanlink Connexion is an independent Sarawakian telecommunications infrastructure company. We build the shared physical layer, towers, in-building 5G and smart poles, that carries every operator's network, so the state reaches its digital goals with equity for every community.
Roads, water, power, and now connectivity. It is the base layer that smart cities and new growth corridors are built upon. Demanlink exists to make that layer shareable, future-ready and available across every Sarawak division, not just the dense city centres.
We plan telco locations with analytical tools, design for aesthetics as well as coverage, and build so the network can expand phase by phase, minimising carbon and redundant steel along the way.
Chief Executive Officer, Demanlink Connexion
Hanad leads Demanlink's mandate to become Sarawak's infrastructure partner of choice, bringing operator, commercial and deployment experience from across the EdgePoint group in Malaysia.
Under his leadership Demanlink launched operations in October 2024, delivered the state's first in-building 5G at One Shell Square Miri, and handed over Sarawak's first smart pole to CelcomDigi, all inside the first eighteen months.
Demanlink is EdgePoint Infrastructure's strategic partner and investment in Sarawak. That means a Sarawakian company on the ground, with the engineering, capital and operating discipline of one of ASEAN's largest independent tower companies behind it.
Telecom infrastructure in Sarawak runs through three gates. Demanlink holds all of them.
Our Network Facilities Provider licence is granted under the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998. We are registered with the Sarawak Unit Pendaftaran Kontraktor & Juru Perunding, and formally endorsed by the Sarawak Multimedia Authority to build and operate network facilities across the state.
Demanlink launches in Sarawak, witnessed by the Premier and the Minister of Utilities and Telecommunication.
Sarawak's first in-building 5G goes live at One Shell Square Miri: 109 antennas across 13 storeys.

Nine towers across five divisions and a seven-building IBC wave across Kuching in construction.
Being a Sarawak company means investing in Sarawak's people, not just its coverage maps.
